Beta agreement
What you agree to when you join the ArcSmith beta.
What the beta is
The ArcSmith beta is a pre-release version of ArcSmith, open to testers we approve. It exists so you can try ArcSmith and tell us how it goes.
What you agree to
Expect rough edges: the beta is not finished, things will change, and something you made could be lost or stop opening. You agree to use it as a beta: to try it, to tell us what breaks or confuses you, and not to rely on it for work you cannot afford to lose.
Your work
The work you make in the beta is saved on your device and is yours to export. Keep your own backups. If the beta ends, your projects stay on your device.
What we keep
Your name, your email address, your Google account number, and when you last signed in, so you can sign in again. While you use the beta we record the usage notes described in the terms, and keep them for a year. The privacy page lists everything.
Your feedback
Anything you tell us about the beta, in writing, in a bug report or on a call, we may use to improve ArcSmith, without payment or obligation.
The rest
The terms and the privacy page apply to the beta.
